Recording
What you can capture
- A window or the whole screen. Windows keep their own size, so a small app stays sharp.
- Webcam, shown as a floating bubble while you record so you can see yourself.
- Microphone and system audio, recorded as separate tracks with their own levels.
Cursor
SmoothCut records where your cursor went and what it clicked as data, not pixels. That is what lets the editor smooth its path, change its size and theme, and add click effects afterwards.
Interrupted recordings
If the app or your computer stops mid-recording, the next launch rebuilds what was captured. Nothing is lost up to the last few seconds.
